Joel has been working in the architectural field for over 36 years; he has extensive experience in construction, mechanical and electrical systems, building codes, structural design and ADA compliance. During this time he has managed projects from small-scale residential to large-scale commercial and national retail work.
He has project experience in various building types including commercial, banks, warehouses, pharmaceutical, single and multi-family residential, security, religious, education, corporate and retail. Retail clients include Verizon Wireless, Verizon Communications, B Mobile, First Atlantic, Dunkin Donuts, Toys "R" Us, AAA Auto Leasing and David Burr Clothing.
He is a licensed architect in New Jersey, New York, and Alaska; Member of AIA; NCARB Certified.
Joel holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Pratt Institute.
