As an experienced architect, he has worked across a wide variety of building types, including governmental, educational, commercial (specialty retail, restaurants, entertainment, real estate, medical facilities, warehouses), corporate (telecommunications, financial, pharmaceutical), mixed-use, security, non-profit, and residential projects. His expertise spans from large-scale new construction to historic preservation and renovations of all sizes.
With extensive experience in construction and specification writing, Joel ensures clarity and precision in project documentation, facilitating seamless collaboration across multidisciplinary teams. He has a proven track record of navigating complex challenges and delivering innovative solutions that meet client needs and timelines. His skill set includes oversight of all drawing and construction phases, with a strong focus on constructability, building codes, and ADA compliance.
Notably, Joel has overseen more than 150 LEED® projects, underscoring his commitment to sustainable design and excellence in execution.
He is a licensed architect in New Jersey, New York, and Alaska; Member of AIA; NCARB Certified.
