We worked with Dylan’s – a boutique candy shop – to launch numerous NYC locations, including the Union Square store.

As the architect of record, we collaborated with the creative team to renovate the interior and exterior. This $3M project, located in a landmark building, required numerous approvals to modify exterior signage and create a sidewalk cafe.

With our experience of working in NYC and with NYC building codes, our team managed Landmarks submissions and worked through challenging pre-existing conditions that initially limited the design opportunities.
