A mid-century styled building, Powerhouse Square is a mixed-use project that features the Berkshire Food Co-op. An outdoor café terrace leads to the Co-op’s main entrance, bringing the outside in with a view of the mountains through a 13-foot-high glass wall.
Along Bridge Street, a mix of retail stores and office spaces connects to the downtown. The upper two stories feature 22 residences with “Juliet” balconies, large windows and 9-foot ceilings.
